What is Alimentary? In addition to the Italian term that designates what is known here as the store of diversions, it is the name of the new establishment in Bartolomé de Medina (former Captain Vigueras).

Who has started it?

The Italian Nicola Migala and his Utreran wife Silvia Campanario together with the Neapolitan chefs Lorenzo Falzarano and Ciro Borrigllo. Together they had a restaurant in the center of Rome and they have decided to change the scene and try their luck in Seville.
